Poor Richard's News Network takes its name from his nom de plume and seeks to return to the roots of traditional values programming --- not just American, but Global --- of family, faith, and prosperity. This foundation has built not only the United States but also fostered humanity itself, which is reflected in everything from children's educational content to cooking reality shows that celebrate these enduring principles.

We believe the content consumer is ready for serious television. By "serious," we mean children's educational content that truly entertains and engages without the baggage that a lot of shows have today. Our children's programming focuses on what children want to see, not simply what we want them to watch. We deliver programs that embody traditional values programming, allowing you to decide what you want to be, much like the cooking reality shows that celebrate authentic experiences.

Projects
We're excited about our Winter 23/24 lineup, and it’s going to be fantastic! Our Newsdesk will continue to deliver relevant content, while our programming will feature a variety of children's educational content alongside captivating cooking reality shows. This is where we’ll share updates on the projects we're lined up for, including offerings that celebrate traditional values programming.
Unnamed Cooking Reality Show
The image on the left is an early storyboard for our new cooking reality show, which aims to blend traditional values programming with innovative ideas. Some of the things we've come up with are groundbreaking culinary offerings that could even be used as children's educational content. For example, dessert tacos on pastry buns served with a side of pickle-flavored nacho cheese sauce really excited us. The sauerkraut-stuffed cake pops still need development, but I'm convinced they are a force to be reckoned with.
Technical Upgrades
One issue we've dealt with has been the involuntary upgrade to our software. The provider of our last video editing suite ended their technical support, which has made our transition necessary, especially as we look to enhance our ability to create children's educational content and produce cooking reality shows. While this isn’t something we would have chosen, the benefits should be palpable, especially in our commitment to traditional values programming. Unfortunately, it required an entire reboot of our editing suite.
News and Current Affairs
My predictions for events around the globe have been spot on, if I do say so myself. (And those are just the ones I felt comfortable discussing.) As we enhance our sources and methods, you'll soon find that our insights will extend beyond just cooking reality shows and children’s educational content. This fall, you can rely on us for updates that honor traditional values programming, allowing you to know exactly what will be happening sooner rather than later.
Children's Programming
Although the cooking reality shows will be wonderful, it meant we had to shift our focus from areas we'd like to work on. While we weren't able to get a regular children's educational content show on the docket, our team is hammering one together that embraces traditional values programming. You can look forward to continued quality children's programming.
